The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for an exchange.

Upon receiving the product and verifying the defect or damage, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning defective or damaged products will be covered by Qiang Long Sdn. Bhd.
Shipping costs for exchanges not due to defects or damages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Products marked as “final sale”
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care by the customer
